Here is the step-by-step route guide:

Step 1–2 (Exit & Turn Left): Exit Arrival Hall A or B, turn left immediately, and walk straight following the overhead signs for "Car Park 4" and "Regal Airport Hotel".

Step 3–4 (Turn at Pret A Manger): Pass the Pret A Manger coffee shop on your right, then turn right into the "Car Park 4" walkway.

Step 5–6 (Reach Pick-Up Area): Continue straight along the walkway until you reach the designated Pick-Up Area, then exit through the glass sliding doors to meet your driver and board your vehicle.

3. After-Hours Surcharge: For services provided during non-office hours (23:00 – 07:00), an additional fee of HK$450 per trip will be charged.

4. Extra Stop Charge: An additional fee of HK$450 will be charged for each extra stop.

5. HK&Macau Public Holiday Surcharge: Prices will increase by 30% during mandatory  public holidays.

6. Airport Pickup Waiting Time: For airport pickups (based on flight number), the first 60 minutes after the flight lands are free of charge.

7. General Waiting Time: For pickups outside the airport, or when waiting at the airport at a pre-specified time, a grace period of 15 minutes is provided. Beyond this, a waiting fee of HK$450 per hour will be  charged (including time spent in traffic).

8. Dynamic  Pricing: Rates for cross-border vehicle services are subject to change based on availability or specific dates. The final amount is subject to the quote confirmed at the time the service is provided.

9. Cancellation & Modification Policy: Once a service is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. Requests to change the time are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be  rescheduled to a different date or time on the day of the service.
