 💡FAQ

1. Can I still take a ferry from Kowloon (Tsim Sha Tsui) to Macau?

No, the scheduled ferry services between Kowloon (China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui) and Macau have been suspended for a long time. Currently, all major passenger ferry sailings to Macau depart exclusively from the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan (Hong Kong Island). If you are staying in Kowloon, we highly recommend taking the MTR directly to Sheung Wan Station (Exit D) to board your TurboJet or Cotai Water Jet ferry.

2. How do I get to the Sheung Wan Macau Ferry Terminal in Hong Kong?

The most efficient way to reach the main ferry terminal in Hong Kong is via the MTR (Mass Transit Railway). Passengers should take the Island Line (Blue Line) and alight at Sheung Wan MTR Station.

3. Which MTR exit is closest to the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal in Sheung Wan?

The closest and most direct MTR exit is Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit D (Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal).      Upon exiting, escalator access leads passengers straight into the Shun Tak Centre From the      mall, simply take the escalators up to the 3rd floor to reach the TurboJET ticketing concourse and departure gates.

4. How long does it take from Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) to Sheung Wan Ferry Terminal via MTR?

The MTR journey from Tsim Sha Tsui Station to Sheung Wan Station takes approximately 30 minutes.

Board the Tsuen Wan Line (Red Line) at Tsim Sha Tsui Station heading toward Central.

Alight at Admiralty Station (1 stop away) and cross the platform.

Transfer  to the Island Line (Blue Line) heading toward Kennedy Town, and  ride 2 stops to Sheung Wan Station.
