How to Get Your Free Ticket (3 Easy Steps)
Don’t stress about complicated procedures – the process is straightforward, but there are a few must-dos to avoid missing out
After landing at HKIA, follow the overhead signs for “Mainland/Macao” – **DO NOT WALK OUT** the Hong Kong immigration and baggage reclaim.
Turn RIGHT ----> you spot the E2 Transfer Zone (look for the navy “E2” sign and lounge area with couches). Head to Counters 38–40.
Present these documents to the staff
Valid foreign passport
Valid Macau visa (if required for entry)
Sign the Passenger Declaration Form (mandatory for MGTO – no signature = no ticket!)

Travel Tips
This offer is valid for a one-way free trip only, from Hong Kong International Airport to Macau. The reverse direction is not applicable.
Go through the transfer channel directly; no need to go through Hong Kong immigration. It is recommended to proceed to the counter immediately upon arrival to avoid full quotas.

Arriving in Macau: Seamless Entry
After the 45-minute ride, the bus drops you at the Macao Port of HZMB. Staff will unload your luggage – just double-check you have all your bags!
An HKIA representative will escort you to the Macao Arrival Hall (no getting lost!).
Immigration: Foreign passport holders use the manual lane; registered travelers can skip the queue with the automated e-channel.

Instead of going through Immigration, continue following the signs to Mainland/Macao until you see a lounge area with sign that says “E2”.

Arrival at Hong Kong International Airport
After disembarking, follow the signs to "Mainland/Macau"and "Transfer Counter E2". You can collect the coach ticket to Macau at counter.
Simply head over to the E2 transfer area and present your baggage receipt and travel documents to our staffs at the counter

Baggage Information
One piece of complimentary luggage is included with your bus ticket, subject to specific weight and size restrictions. Each piece of luggage must not exceed 23kg (50.7lbs) in weight or have a total linear dimension (length + width + height) of more than 158cm (62in).
A supplementary fee of HK$90 will be charged for each additional piece of luggage, as well as for any overweight luggage (with a maximum permissible weight of 32kg/70.5lbs per piece).
Catch the train to the SkyPier Terminal to take the automated people mover


After a two-minute ride on the train, you’ll disembark at the SkyPier Terminal

When you’re arrived at the Skypier Transfer Terminal turn right towards the baggage reclaim belt to collect your checked baggages 



After collecting your baggages please leave it with a member of staff and proceed to the esculator

Make your way to board the coach and the baggages will loaded onto the coach
Board the coach
Relax in the waiting area until your departure is announced. Then, show or scan your coach ticket at the boarding gates and head upstairs to the pick-up bay. Put your bags in the stowage compartment of the coach before you board. When you’ve settled in, sit back and enjoy the all-around sea views as the bus drives over the 55-kilometre Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) spanning the Pearl River estuary.

Arriving in Macao
After a 45-minute ride, you’ll arrive at the Macao Port of the HZMB. Don’t forget to pick up your baggage from the coach, which a team member at the port will unload for you. A representative from HKIA will also be at the drop-off bay waiting to escort you to the Macao Arrival Hall.

Immigration
Follow the signage to proceed through the immigration process.
Foreign passport holders can queue up in the manual lane, while registered travellers can use the automated e-channel. Once you’re through, follow the large green arrow on the floor labelled “Arrival Hall (To Macao)”, which will bring you downstairs to the customs inspection and connections to the city.
