Eligibility: This private tour has no age restrictions and is perfect for families with  children or seniors.

Accessibility: This tour activity is fully wheelchair-accessible.

Booking Confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours. 

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled local tour date.

Overtime Surcharge: Extra hours of vehicle utilization will be charged at HKD 500 per hour.

Non-Office Hours Surcharge: A surcharge of HKD 300 per transaction applies for services operating during non-office hours (07:31-08:59 and 22:00-23:59).

Inclement Weather & Itinerary Adjustments: * If certain attractions or sightseeing locations are temporarily closed due to severe weather conditions or maintenance, the driver will adjust the route to visit  nearby alternative attractions without prior notice.

Typhoon Arrangements:

If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted after 22:00 on the night prior to the tour, the tour will be cancelled, and a full refund will be processed(credit card transaction fees may apply).

The tour will proceed as normally scheduled under Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3.

What to Wear: We highly recommend wearing light, comfortable outfits and cozy walking shoes for the best tour experience.
